Who we are

ZeroAct Studio is a trade name of RKRoman, the controller for the data described here. Contact: hello@zeroactstudio.com.

What we process

• Emails you send us: your name, email address and message, used only to reply and kept up to 2 years after our last contact. They are stored with Google Workspace, which may process them outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards.
• Product research: we read aggregated trend data, such as trending keywords from the Pinterest API and search interest from Google Trends. Through the Pinterest API we do not access personal data, Pins, boards or profiles, and we do not post anything.

We rely on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We never sell personal data.

Our shop

Our shop runs on Spreadshop. Spreadshirt (sprd.net AG) is the seller and handles orders, payment, delivery, customer service and returns under its own privacy policy: https://www.spreadshirt.nl/privacy (in Dutch). We are jointly responsible with Spreadshirt only for collecting shop visitors' data and passing it to Spreadshirt. We never receive your payment details.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@zeroactstudio.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority: www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
